Who Operates PrepExami

PrepExami is an independently operated study service (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms cover the PrepExami website and mobile app, including the iOS app, and the learning services they provide.

By using PrepExami, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy identifies the service operator and explains how we handle personal information.

Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age or consent requirements applicable where you live. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement, use the service only where permitted by law and with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

Study Features and AI Results

PrepExami provides study tools, generated materials, and practice features. Availability, usage limits, and the features included in a free or paid plan are described in the app or at checkout. Paid access may be described as Pro or Premium.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your course or exam. Review it against reliable sources before relying on it. We do not guarantee exam scores, admission, employment, or other academic outcomes. PrepExami is not an official examination authority.

Your Content

You retain your rights in documents and other content you submit. You give us permission to store and process that content, including through service providers, as necessary to deliver the features you request, maintain your saved materials, and operate the service. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

We do not sell your private study content, use it for advertising or unrelated profiling, or use it to train our own AI models. We process it to provide the study features you request and the necessary storage, support, and security described in our Privacy Policy. Other account, payment, and technical information is used only for the purposes described in that policy, including applicable legal obligations.

Text submitted for AI features is processed through OpenAI as explained in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to submit the material, including any personal information it contains. Generated output may not be unique; it does not give you rights in third-party material that you would not otherwise have.

Apple In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases made through the iOS App Store are billed by Apple to the Apple Account used to confirm the purchase. The purchase screen shows the subscription name, included access, billing period, localized price, and any trial or promotional conditions before you confirm.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew for the displayed billing period unless you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal charge. Renewal is charged at the price shown under Apple’s subscription terms. Any price-change notices or consent requirements are handled in accordance with Apple’s rules and applicable law.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings or at Apple’s subscription management page. Opening that page alone does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while paid access continues until the current period ends, subject to refunds, revocation, or applicable trial conditions.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible subscription, using the Apple Account and PrepExami account associated with the original purchase. We verify transactions before granting access. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or deleting your PrepExami account does not cancel Apple billing.

Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined under Apple’s policies and applicable law; we cannot promise that Apple will approve a refund. A refund or revoked purchase may end the related access.

Website Purchases and Credits

Supported website purchases are processed by Paddle. The price, billing period, included features or credit quantity, and applicable purchase terms are shown at checkout. Manage website subscriptions through the available account billing controls or the payment provider’s customer tools; contact us if you need help.

Website subscriptions and Apple subscriptions have separate billing arrangements. Purchasing through one does not automatically cancel the other. We do not store your full payment card details.

Where credit packs are offered, credits are used for the stated PrepExami features, have no cash value, and are not transferable between users. A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not by itself grant Pro or Premium membership. Restore Purchases does not recreate previously used consumable credits. These terms do not limit refund or other rights provided by applicable law.

Account Deletion and Service Access

You can initiate an account-deletion request from Account Settings in the mobile app. A request is complete only when the service confirms successful deletion. If a request fails, retry or contact us for assistance. The Privacy Policy describes retained records and deletion handling.

Cancel any subscriptions through the provider that bills you before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple. Account deletion does not itself entitle you to a refund.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.

Availability and Consumer Rights

We work to keep PrepExami available, but maintenance, updates, and technical issues can interrupt access. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact us about billing, access, or service problems so we can investigate.

App Store License

These terms govern use of PrepExami’s services. For the iOS app obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a separate custom license agreement is provided in the App Store listing. Apple’s applicable store and payment terms also apply. We, rather than Apple, operate PrepExami and provide its support.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or request agreement where required by law. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
